  The coffee is the best coffee I have ever had. That being said the staff has high turnover so the new cook often times doesn't know how to make breakfast foods very well. So yeah it's open 24/7 and has great coffee nuff said.

  DIRTY DINER! My husband and I went to Penny's at around noon on 6-25-16. We ordered eggs (basted and over easy), hash browns, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. Our waitress delivered our food (except the pancakes) to the wrong table and left it there. The other table called her back over two minutes and told her she brought them the wrong food. She picked it up, took it back to the kitchen and then brought it too our table. When we told her we saw what she did, she told us "I promise you I had them remake it." The food was barely warm, and I know you can't remake it in less then one minute.
